Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship across Australia and to selected international destinations. International shipping availability is calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.
We offer free standard shipping on orders over 100 AUD. For orders below 100 AUD, a flat-rate shipping fee of 10 AUD applies. Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Yes. Express shipping is available for selected Australian addresses at checkout. The available options and costs will be displayed when placing your order.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, Australian orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location and delivery service selected.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this link to follow your order’s journey.
If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your property, with other members of your household, and in any designated safe places where the parcel may have been left. You may also wish to contact the relevant delivery provider using the tracking information provided for further details.

Orders & Returns
We process orders as quickly as possible, so please contact us at [email address] as soon as possible if you need to make a change or cancellation request.
While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or dispatched.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you change your mind, eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we may recommend returning your original purchase and placing a new order.
If your order arrives damaged or you believe an item is faulty, please contact us at hello@selfcentered.com.au within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

Our team will review the details and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution in accordance with our Returns Policy and applicable consumer rights.
If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@selfcentered.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item received. We’ll arrange the next steps for you.
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
